We are a professional services firm that provides a wide variety of consulting services with extensive subject matter expertise in the gaming and hospitality industry.  We possess decades of solid industry experience employed by some of the world’s largest gaming operators and manufacturers. Our diversified experience working with internet and land based gaming operators, as well as, gaming manufacturing companies provides us with a unique perspective enabling us to deliver quality services and solutions to our clients.

Our experience includes working in several executive management positions including the Corporate Vice President of Information Technology (CIO) for one of the largest gaming companies in North America. Former employers include; MGM Resorts International, Trump Entertainment Resorts, Penn National Gaming, Golden Entertainment, Kerzner International, Resorts Casino/Hotel, Scientific Games, Park Place Entertainment, Vision Solutions, and DataMirror Corporation.  Our leadership also possesses experience as Board Secretary on the Board of Directors for the International Gaming Standards Association (IGSA), whose responsibilities include establishing protocol standards for gaming systems utilized throughout the world.

Our internet and land based gaming industry experience encompasses over 15 regulatory gaming jurisdictions located throughout North America. This hands-on and management expertise includes a vast array of projects, such as; internet gaming implementations, casino/hotel openings and major expansions, company acquisitions and divestitures, systems analysis and design, application development, project management, organizational assessments and compliance audits.
