Artificial Intelligence

Artificial intelligence readiness: governance and regulatory policy that gaming commissions will accept.

Your existing systems vendors have all added AI to the roadmap. Some of it is real and useful. Some of it is a feature flag with a new name. And almost none of the pitch decks address what your regulator, your internal audit team or your surveillance department will ask about it. We help operators tell the difference before the contract is signed.

The hard part of AI in gaming was never the model. It is the data underneath it and the controls around it — and those are the two things we have been doing for decades.

How we approach it

How we help

Seven ways an operator actually uses us on AI.

Same discipline we have always applied to application selection, systems design and regulatory compliance — pointed at a newer category of vendor.

AI Readiness Assessment

An objective, independent view of whether your organization is positioned to get value out of AI at all — across data, systems, staffing and governance. Most properties discover the constraint is not the AI budget; it is that the player, marketing and property data needed to feed it lives in six systems that do not reconcile.

  • Data availability, quality and reconciliation across core systems
  • Integration and interface readiness
  • Staffing and skills gaps
  • Governance, policy and audit posture
  • Prioritized recommendations with risks called out

Use-Case Identification & Prioritization

Not every AI idea deserves a budget line. We work with your team to identify where the technology genuinely changes an operating number — and to rank those candidates by value, effort and regulatory exposure rather than by how impressive the demo was.

  • Player analytics and segmentation
  • Marketing offer personalization
  • Host productivity and prioritization
  • Labor forecasting and scheduling
  • Food & beverage demand planning
  • Hotel yield and occupancy support
  • Service desk and internal IT deflection
  • Document and contract review

AI Governance & Regulatory Alignment

Gaming is a licensed industry, and AI sits awkwardly across several existing control frameworks at once. An automated decision that touches player funds, player communications, responsible gaming markers or surveillance is not simply an IT project — it is a control that somebody will eventually have to evidence to a regulator.

We help you write the policy before you need it: what the models are allowed to decide, what a human has to approve, what gets logged, how long it is retained, and who signs off. The same discipline we have applied to SOX, PCI, HIPAA and MICS work.

AI Vendor Evaluation & Negotiation

The questions that separate a real AI product from a repackaged report are not complicated, but they are specific — and they are rarely asked in a sales cycle. Where does the data go? Who owns the model's outputs? What happens to your data if you leave? What is actually guaranteed in the service levels?

We bring the same approach to these agreements that we bring to any other systems contract, having negotiated on behalf of both operators and vendors.

Guest-Facing Voice & Conversational Agents

Voice AI has become genuinely good enough for guest-facing use — reservations, player support, PBX deflection, information lines and after-hours coverage. The technology is no longer the hard part. Deciding what it is allowed to say, where it hands off to a person, and how it behaves when a caller shows distress or a responsible gaming concern — that is the hard part.

We advise on scoping, vendor selection, escalation design and the control framework around deployment.

Data Foundation & Warehouse Readiness

There is no useful AI without a data layer that can be trusted. Our project experience includes enterprise data warehouse implementations, system conversions and integration programs across highly interdependent casino systems — which is precisely the groundwork most AI initiatives skip and then stall on.

Responsible Gaming & Anomaly Detection

Pattern detection is one of the areas where the technology is genuinely well matched to the problem — responsible gaming markers, AML and Title 31 anomalies, and surveillance support. It is also the area where a false positive and a false negative both carry real consequences.

We advise on where automated detection belongs in the process, what threshold of human review is appropriate, and how to evidence the whole thing to a regulator afterwards.

Delivery

Advice first. Delivery through people we vouch for.

We are not reselling a platform, and we do not take a position on which vendor you choose before we have looked at your operation. Where implementation is needed, we draw on affiliate partners across analytics, cloud, security and custom development — and we stay on your side of that relationship.

  • Artificial intelligence analytics
  • Custom software development
  • Cloud-based services and AWS / Azure hosting
  • Application migration services
  • Legacy application modernization
  • Cyber security solutions
  • Quality assurance services
  • Staff augmentation
